Hi Eva, thank you for reaching out about this issue! We are truly sorry about those sacks being on back order. We have had a lot of trouble keeping these sacks in stock through our distributor. We have further updated our website on which sacks are currently in stock and have taken off the ones that are still on back order.

Hi Pamela! We are very sorry about your experience. I looked into your order and we are very sorry that your package was delayed 5 days after the estimated shipping delivery date through FedEx. During that time FedEx was experiencing very severe sorting facility delays going towards your area. We would love for situations like this to never happen but unfortunately it was out of everyone's our control. We cannot apologize enough for these events.

We are very sorry about the pool mat not sticking. Unfortunately these are not pool stickers. We advertise these as pool decorations, not stickers. They are made out of the same material as pool vinyl and can move around with pool currents and movement in the pool.
