I never received my package of light up bags ( red and blue) and they claim they were delivered! They said that because fedex “is confident they delivered the package” they can’t do anything. In the meantime this was a birthday gift so I had to find something else to gift.

I was under the impression when I ordered the 50.00 shark attack pool tattoo that it would stick to the bottom of the pool. It did not, just floated around the pool not a very good design at all but a great concept that I would have loved to have.

I will never order again. I ordered boards for Father's Day. First there was no notification I ordered on the website that there would be any delay and I paid for expedited shipping. When I contacted the company for an update over a week later with no ship date yet, I got no response. Finally when I complained on Facebook Messenger, I got a response that their wood supply was late and it would be 7-14 days. Then a month later, I got a shipping confirmation that it had been shipped on the 8th and would be here on the 15th and their website now says they have some delays. Now, today the 15th, a week later, t says it's just now at FedEx in the city it's shipping from and will be here on the 22nd. REALLY!!!!! Refund please! I will shop elsewhere. He's slick alright.

After realizing that the product (light up cornhole bags) was a one time use product. This means once the batteries die, the product has no way to replace the batteries. I ended up finding the same quality product online, but those bags had the ability to change the batteries out once they die out. So I emailed in regards to getting a return label for the bags (never been used and still in the box), they told me pay to just ship them back to them. This is after I already purchased them and paid for the shipping to get to me. Continuously the female associated argued back and forth over multiple emails with me, that they would not cover the shipping to get the product back to them and provide a refund. Then no emails from them at all! I own and run my own business, and would never treat a customer this way. If a customer paid the shipping to get the product but was unsatisfied. I’d be sure to meet them half way to get the unused products back and absolutely issue a refund to keep a good reputation. It could lead to a future customer and a good review.

Very disappointed after being told 10-14 day lead time then didn’t receive them for 4 weeks. Spent $400 after shipping and the boards are sub par. Didn’t get enough bags to even play, only was given 4 instead of 8. None of the screws got covered or filled in with anything so it looks like there’s a bunch of holes in them and I had to tighten a few screws right out of the box so they were at least flush with the board instead of sticking up out of the wood.

Hi Austin. We are very sorry that your boards arrived like this and with only one set of bags. This was an oversight on our part. I did see that you contacted customer service about this and we were able to get a set of bags sent out for the ones we missed on and that you were able to tighten the loose screws. We hope that you are enjoying your boards now!
