Hi James, I am very sorry about all of this. We do not want anyone to have any misinformation from our website or our company. You ordered one of our DIY boards. The acronym DIY meaning is "Do It Yourself" or some like to say "Decorate It Yourself" Here is the description for your order from our website: "If you like projects and would like a discount on a Slick Woody’s premium regulation-size set, our DIY cornhole boards are for you. This unfinished cornhole board set has tops made from ½” Baltic birch, the smoothest, flattest plywood. All of our tournament board frames are made with 1”x 4” hardwood poplar. A crossbar helps support the legs and keep the board sturdy." Our description is very clear about these boards being a DIY and that they are unfinished boards for someone who wants to do they own unique design.

We are very sorry about the delays in the shipments. All of our orders have been on a 10-15 business day production time frame. We are trying very hard to keep all customers informed with these times on our website. We have a banner at the top of the main page and we have a banner in the middle of the main page for updates.

We are very sorry about the delay in your order. The Nike sacks have been on back order and we just recently received them in. Our production times are currently 10-15 business days for all orders because of the distribution delays we have been experiencing through all of our manufacturers. I did see on your order was shipped out and should be arriving soon.

Hi Brad! I wanted to reach out and make sure you received your boards. I checked the tracking and it says they have been delivered. Please let me know if they haven't reached you yet. Also the Nike Heritage sacks were on back order and we finally got some in this week so we got the rest of your order shipped out today.

Hi Matthew! We are really sorry about the delay in your order. Orca is currently on a strict 15 business day production time due to the high demands in their items.
