Ein Witz warte schon 4 Wochen und habe noch immer nichts bekommen. Würde nicht noch einmal bestellen. Gibt bessere Shops. Keine Empfehlung.

Bestelling geplaatst van een nieuwe kappenset + stickers die zij zelf gingen installeren op de kappen na 1 maand wachten uiteindelijk een pakketje gekregen maar niets klopte… Kappen zaten er los bij en ik moet nog zelf de stickers er op kleven terwijl ik hiervoor bijbetaald had… Ook had ik stickers besteld voor men wielen te doen. Via mail was afgesproken om deze in het wit te doen en niet in het geel wat blijkt dat ze gewoon de gele er bij hadden gestoken. Nog maar weining zo lui en onprofessioneel bedrijf gezien.

I’ve sent two emails now and filled out your contact form twice and still haven’t received a reply! Regarding Order #SLCK1282, I have a small sticker missing for the bodywork and also the wheel graphics sent are not right! I received two rear wheel graphics but no front wheel one . Customer service is non existent, they won’t reply to any form of contact, I would have given no stars but that option is not available! Wish I’d gone with Motorproworks, like most people recommended … I will not use again and definitely wouldn’t recommend!

I ordered a set of Fluo Orange 50/50 Wheel graphics. I specified the motorcycle year, make and model as well as the fact that it has a 16.5" front Alpina Factory Spoked wheel and a 17" Rear wheel. After a delay in customs and an additional $23 duties charge they arrived finally. I installed the rear wheel graphic and it turned out great using a Youtube video I found, as they did not supply an installation video even after asking. When I lined up the front decal I realized the spokes did not line up. I assume they made the decal for a 17" wheel which would make the spoke alignment incorrect. After nearly 3 weeks of emails an IG messages they have still not resolved my issue by sending me the correct graphics or giving me a refund. They just keep telling me they will look into it with their design team. As I would have to re-order both decals to be sure that they match I asked for either the correct matching front decal to be shipped with duties pre-paid, or a full refund. I have received extremely poor customer service after spending over $100 US Dollars for a set of wheel graphics. I will not order from this company ever again and do not recommend ordering from them.

I ordered for a normal aprilia sx50 version and got the factory version. So i emailed them and got a responce ,but as soon as we were talking about a solution i didn't get any reply. It's been 5 weeks now

Heb hier ooit een stickerset besteld ter waarde van €330. was helemaal tevrede, dus ik dacht ik bestel ook een seat cover ter waarde van €140. na 3 weken gewacht te hebben heb ik een seat cover ontvangen die totaal niet op de seat cover lijkt die ik zou moeten krijgen. rib color verkeerde kleur, volgensmij is er gewoon een random logo op geplakt want er staat nithrone maar er hoord slick racing te staan. probeer ik via de mail contact op te nemen eerst sturen ze kan je een foto van het ontvangen product sturen dus heb ik gedaan en nu word ik gewoon compleet genegeerd. Ga hier nooit meer bestellen.

Kann dieses Unternehmen absolut NICHT weiterempfehlen! Habe ein Seat-Cover für meinen Sohn Anfang Juni bestellt. Es ist bereits der 31.08.2026 und noch immer nichts gekommen. Bei Kassieren sind sie sehr schnell, alles andere kann man vergessen! Kundenservice gibt es keines! Lasst die Finger davon!!!
