UPDATE: I have filed a fraud claim against this company today with the FTC and Bank of America. There are now a total of 9 transactions as they sent 2 more yesterday. THIS COMPANY IS RUNNING SCAMS! I am requesting full refund under Regulation E. This Company is a scam. They are charging my PayPal account and I am not a customer nor do I make international calls. ATT has been my service provider over 40 years. Do not do business with them. This is deceptive trade practices. I will be filing a formal complaint with FTC.

This company are fraud, they steal your money openly. This morning I topped up 5 pounds on the App and they took the money but didnt top up, I got intouch with them as the number conveniently dont accept calls, they kept telling me they have highlighted the issue with customer service at some point they said they've topped up which was a lie I took photo shots to show them. So if you want to be conned use them at your own risk.

I got the welcome offer to make call for 15 min to Turkey landline It never worked It kept saying the tariff is not covered for this call I reached them through WhatsApp and they could not resolve the issue I am disappointed I tried to reach them on through their email support team They have never responded to my emails and/or messages on whatsapp They resolve the issue on 24th June 2026 I made a call

I purchased credit on Slick as I was moving to Japan for 12 months. From the very start there were connectivity and usage problems that were never resolved and after shocking customer service over 2 days and dealing with multiple agents I was told that my fault had been fixed and they could not help any further and do not give refunds! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

They are not open. the company will only allow you to send topup to relatives once within 24hrs. they will block your account from sending it, yet encourage you to use your credit card to fill up your account. I still have £5 with them, and they refused to refund it. I will not encourage you to use this app.

Bad service and network. This network keeps cutting off within a minute after call wasting your funds. Requested a balance refund obviously to no avail.

Do not use this service is a scam I ordered an esim and paid via Paypal, I got a receipt from Paypal but no email or instructions from Slick - contacted support via chat but they had no idea what to do and couldn't help over a 7 hour period - I then emailed support and no response at all - keep in mind I have an iphone 13 and using other services is simple and hassle free - issues happen I know but Slick have zero support at all I still have no confirmation email from them or anyway of activating the esim - must be a scam
