First of all, Customer service was excellent! Product arrived quickly and in perfect shape. My 3 star review is for the product itself. I really like the concept of "Snugz", but because I use a full face mask (Mirage A-10, Large insert), the product shrinks the opening space significantly, bunches up along the top part of my nose, and one day even popped off along one side. I used them for 3 days, thinking that I might have used them wrong, but everything I saw or read said I was using them correctly. Snugz are a good idea because they absorb my drool and provide a softer surface against my face, but they are a bad implementation for a large full face mask. Very disappointing, because I really wanted them to work better.

Service was fine- product does not allow a seal, does not fit properly.

I have both F 20 and 30 facemask When I use the mask liner on the F20 it leaks all night and I lose 20 points on my report I have used it on the F30 for 2 nights now and it seems to be working better

These "Snuggles" don't fit my mask and I thought they were supposed to be a "one size fits all". I don't think they will do for my needs. Thanks anyway.

I ordered the wrong size accidently. I must have hit the wrong button as I thought I was getting nasal size but still trying it
