I Purchased the Anti Snoring device! The website states a 31 day risk free trial. The device made my snoring worse, my wife recorded me sleeping and it sounded like a C-17 was landing. I Tried to get a refund and I got this snide remark from them: "Sleep MD A "31-Day Risk-Free Trial" typically means that you have 31 days to try out the product. If you're not satisfied with it during this period, you should be able to return the product and get a refund. However, the exact terms can vary. "For the SleepMD Sleep Guard, there are some conditions attached to the trial offer. For instance, we may not accept returns if the product has been used or if it was purchased while on sale" a f ing scam! do not buy!

This is a scam. No product support available. Don't waste your money!!

Product received yesterday after almost 3 weeks and it came completely broken, box broken, ripped, package destroyed and was delivered broken. I couldn’t believe it. I was in shock and when you email with photos they say they need to investigate instead of offering a refund you can clearly see how product was received. I’m so upset.

Do not purchase this product. It does not form properly, the material is very hard and extremely uncomfortable. I could not even stand it for 2 minutes. Do not believe their website. They do not issue refunds for this terrible product.

On their website they forgot to say this about their product which is stated on the box, but you can only see it when it arrives. This is a scam company. They are not celebrity endorsed. I tried this product for over a week and it absolutely did nothing except cause pain and drooling. The product ships from China and it took nearly a month to receive. When asking for a refund (their 30-night free trial) they said they would only refund unused products. How is this a free trial? Avoid at all costs.

Product began breaking apart at 6 weeks of purchasing and split completely after 8 weeks. Emailed company to complain who skirted around directly for the quality / life expectancy of the product multiple times. Avoid at all costs. Dodgy.

Order #30759 was returned in original packaging the week after receiving it to the return address. No refund has been offered in over one month and SleepMD have ignored all attempts by me to contact them. Be careful!
