Improving but still not there
After working with Arthur for awhile I have decided to go from 1 star to 3 stars from a customer service point of view. I have re-installed the latest software and it is working better. However the software is still not ready for prime time . 1. Cannot edit your existing profile or even look at it. You get a blank screen. 2. Once you get to the blank screen, you can’t do anything and have to kill the program. 3. If you re-install the software you seem to lose days that show up in the “Intake and Tracking Calender Control”. As someone who has worked in software for 30 years I can tell you the software should have never been released to the public. At best the software is early beta software. So at this point it’s wait and see what comes next. I can still go from 3 stars to 1 I am going back to 1 even though the app has improved in some ways. I can no longer login to the app using my original login. I get an error Error: Bad state: field does not exist within the DocumentSnapshotPlatform I had to create a new account with a different email address. Now I can login. How this software ever made it to Apples app store does not say much for their support or development process .
