I purchased a Sleep Ez Side Sleeper Pillow that was described as being 70% organic latex and 30% natural kapock. The shape of the pillow is excellent for side sleepers but the pillow didn't have the bounce or resiliency that I expected. When I took out some of the filling to adjust the height, visually it looked like the filling was 10 - 20% latex and 80% kapock. The shredded latex pieces were mostly very small "crumbs" with a few pieces that were 1/2 - 2 inches. I hadn't bought a shredded latex pillow before so I looked on Amazon and found that most companies are offering shredded latex fill with much larger pieces. Certainly the latex crumbs do not have the ability to provide much resiliency to a pillow. Even on sale, this was a very pricey pillow and since I slept on it I cannot return it. I do feel that this company is selling a cheap and inferior product at a high price. On Amazon, I realized that I could have purchased a zippered organic pillow covers and organic latex and natural kapok and made two pillows for less than I paid for one. So buyer beware of the quality of products from Sleep Ez! Note I have had to stop sleeping on this pillow until I can order new filling material - such a waste of money.

10 years ago they manufactured a very good product, we had a mattress and loved in. we gifted it to our Son and bought the exact same mattress. Unfortunately, not the same result. this mattress was much firmer and I can't even sleep in certain positions becasue it hurts. Addtionally, I bould a 3" king topper and it came 2" shorter than the king bed mattress, just another company heading in the wrong direction.

Scammers. Ordered buds that ended up on a repeat order. Probably small printed that was missed.

Disgusting customer service care! It’s been over two weeks and I haven’t received the product I paid for. The customer service person ‘Tom’ was rude and telling me to yell at Australia Post staff ! Do NOT buy from these people

Sleep EZ excels in the mattress industry and always has. This business has been in existence over 45 years and I have had interaction with the company through that period of time. I sleep on a latex mattress which I purchased from Sleep EZ in 1998. My most recent purchase was last July. I know that this company is highly respected in their industry. They have an outstanding reputation, loyal repeat customers, unbeatable prices, knowledgeable staff, and the strongest desire to help people find the right latex mattress for their comfort and support. This is a family owned company that holds honesty and integrity at the top of their list in the performance of making their products available to the public. New mattress was for the guest bedroom...recent guest is now ordering after experiencing a few nights on this mattress. I've referred tons of people to Sleep EZ over the years and will continue to do so. Got to share what's good!!
