Dealing with the customer service people was a rare breath of fresh air. I was eager to respond to the request for a review. I had a tricky set of issues on my order and the staff was excellent in handling them. They were patient, professional and extremely helpful.

Does great job of sanitizing my CPAP. Surprised first time I used it at the amount of noise it made, but only lasted about 5 minutes.

Everything worked fine. I have not used it for my trip yet.

The batteries came quickly and were ready to go; the only issue was that I was not told that hooking up two batteries to my Dream Machine as a battery backup, I would need an addition DC cord. After I received my order and found that out, I went to the SleepDirect.com site and could not find the needed cord. I ended up purchasing the cord through Amazon.com.

SoClean seems to be operating as advertised. The mask smells clean which is an improvement. The instructions to set up described an adapter (no picture) so i spend a lot of time trying to figure out what to do. And I'm a mechanical person who has built houses. Every part in the instructions needs to be identified with a picture.

So far I really like it - will it stand the test of time still to be determined

The So Clean unit was a little confusing to set up at first, but the tutorial cleared that up. The machine goes off promptly at 10:am everyday, and as far as I can tell, is doing its job. The only downside is the very disagreeable smell of the ionized air. Can't stand it, so I wash my nasal cushions by hand. That helps.

Great product. Easy to setup and use it daily
