Product came when they said it would.

Changed my review from prior. Principle reason for change is persistence from Sleep Direct to make situation right for me. Futhermore, original problem was partly due to my own negligence in assuming I was ordering a complete item.

Mike - I just took a look at your order. The product you ordered clearly states what it is and notes that certain parts are not included. For various reason, customers purchase this product since they might already have the other necessary components. UPDATE: Based on our email exchange, I'm certain you are much happier than before.

James - happy to hear the unit is working out for you. I just looked at your order. You actually did get all the available discounts on the order you placed. If you feel you missed out on something, by all means let us know and we'll correct it for you. Thank you.

Works well in my cleaner.

My order was delayed because of USPS Parcel Locker..... I had no idea that I had been assigned a Parcel Locker by the USPS so this was new to me and delayed obtaining my purchase. Had to go to the Post Office and find out where the Parcel Locker was and how to use the key assigned to me to open the locker. I know this is safer but not as quick as deliver to my front door.

Jerry - happy we were able to work through this issue to a satisfactory end. Look forward to doing more business with you!. Greg

The product and service is excellent. My only complaint is the unit is quiet and compact but the air noise is disturbing and make it harder to get to sleep.
