I purchased the SoClean 2 and an adapter for my CPAP, DreamStation. When I got the equipment, I discovered that the manufacturer's instructions were negligible as to using the adapter. More so, there were two different parts to choose from for the adapter and no guide as to why you would pick one or the other. This meant hours of Googling to find a "How to..." which it turns out there is none, even by SoClean. The seller collected my payment and shipped. That is all.

I tried 3 times to contact SleepDirect.com which was billed to our credit card as cpapdirect.com. Each experience the phone was answered with a tape. I was connected to another taped message which said they would call me back. Each time I was not contacted. I finally contacted the manufacturer directly, and they assisted me with my issue about an adapter. I was going to buy something else from sleepdirect.com initially, but from now on, I'll deal with the manufacturer.

Still waiting for tubing with quick-connect as shown in original product description as well as every instructional video. Sleepdirect has apparently requested that it is sent but nothing has arrived, nor has any explanation has been given that says that this tubing is unnecessary.

For some reason I was unable to complete my order using my Droid tablet. I have used this tablet ordering on other sites. The customer service person was very helpful and I ordered my Cpap cleaner via the phone. He checked to be sure my online order never came thru. Great customer service!

I am not a 100% sure of the product

The sales associate during my first call was rude so I hung up and call back and got someone who was pleasant and willing to answer questions about the So Clean Machine.

For the price of shipping, the order should have been sent Fed-Ex 2nd day.

The product is great, there was a small part missing, I called sleep direct, because I didn't know who to call, a young man was barely civil to me and told me to call so clean So I did and they were wonderful, I think when you need an adapter you should send a diagram so you know how to use it. I love the product
