Since getting the So Clean product, I have had two sinus/respiratory infections and needed three z-packs from the doctor to clear them up. I won't be using it any more. Very disappointed.

I am still waiting for a missing part to arrive before I can use the product. The review solicitation shouldn't show up before the product. I was told to contact SoClean directly and it is taking longer to get the part than the original product shipment.

I Placed On Nov 27, 2017 You say Expected Delivery Nov 29, 2017 by Shipping Method USPS Priority Mail. After calls, negotiations, research, long waits ... The product arrived on DEC. 9. 2017!!! NEVER MORE!!! I am very dissatisfied.

Looked at a lot of sites and all where about the same cost for the unit. they where the only one that didn't come with a mask, not readily apparent and when I got the unit with out the mask, the happily sold me a mask, but not the tubing that went from the mask to the main tubing. Further their shipments where supposed to be by certain time and the delivery was not until almost 8 PM. Will never use them again.

The humidifier rarely even warmed, even at setting 8. Warmest tank ever got was 97 degrees, and that was rare too. Warming cycle totally bogus. Never went above room temperature. I either have a totally defective machine, or the whole line is defectively designed.

I paid for UPS Ground for delivery while I was at my vacation home over Thanksgiving. It was sent USPS and since I do not get mail delivery at the vacation address, it was shipped to my primary home instead. And then not delivered to the primary home. When I called the shipping Dept for an explanation and tried to describe what I think happened (as a way to warn them about UPS sub-contracting), the call center person served up a batch of attitude. Kept cutting me off saying over "where do you want it sent, where do you want it sent" -- first and last time using this company. Tons of suppliers out there.

Purchased SoClean II with Air Sense 10 adaptor. Parts do not match. Tried trouble shooting by internet with "what-ever". They do not understand english, nor do they understand their own directions. Only a photo of the problem got thru to them, I hope. I still have not received parts to make th system work.
