I really liked Sleep Direct, they answered my questions quickly, made changes to my order when I changed my mind, and really went over the top to make sure they had a happy customer.

Had some questions concerning my order. They were addressed in minutes via the internet! Their price was about $100.00 cheaper than their competitor. Delivered in two days time! I also had a special part needed for my machine (a 12 volt adapter) They told me that the company has had problems with them, but will call them if these have been resolved. A week later I got the part!! Can't say enough about this company!

After carefully comparing prices for sleep apnea equipment I found Sleep Direct to constantly offer the best prices. No gimmicks no 1 cent cleaning wand. No one cent tubing. Simply great prices on the equipment I needed. When I was looking for the battery pack Sleep Direct was out of stock on the needed pack. I called and spoke with the general manager and he indicated he would contact me as soon as the packs were back in stock. He did that and saved me significantly on the battery pack. When I considered purchasing my portable CPAP I wanted to save money but also know I was dealing with a company that would back up its product. I called Sleepdirect and spoke to Greg; he explained how the machine worked, gave me a great deal, and ensured it was delivered within "2" days. What's more, he followed up to make sure all was well. What else could you ask for.

My old cpap died and I needed to replace it. After researching the various boards and product reviews I settled on the Resmed S-9 auto. Prices ranged about the same at several vendors except for Sleep Direct which was about 150.00 cheaper.
