In searching for a traveling CPAP machine i found SleepDirect.com and was satisfied with the pricing. BUT I was blown away at how responsive they were to my needs and requests for delivery [I was leaving on a business trip in just a few short days.] They came thru and I even had communications from the General Manager. That is good old customer service! The way the professionals do it! I have recommended them to several work associates and good friends. They will get my reorders for the expendable supplies.
