The website is well orgaized and makes easy to find what you are looking for. The ordering process is easy. Parts ship pretty much immediately and arrive in a few days. Sleepdirect products are about 2/3 the cost of the exact same products from the provider "recommended" by my insurance company. They deliver faster and communicate better through every step of the process. Whats not to love!!!
