I had so many questions regarding C-Pap equipment and called customer service more than a few times. No matter who answered, they were so nice and answered all questions. The products were shipped promptly. Everything arrived exactly as described and explained. I wish everyone would conduct business like Sleep Direct.

SleepDirect was recommended to me by a doctor's office. The web site was clear, concise, and easy to use. All I needed were nasal pillows and was happy to find them available to order by piece and size. I ordered three on a Friday and found them in the mailbox on Saturday, exactly as ordered. I am inclined to visit the storefront for future needs. I have already told three people about the website and store.
