I would absolutely recommend this product for a safe cleaning .. it's not loud like some have stated nor is it heavy or large .. I don't know where some people get this idea but I couldn't be happier :D

This was my first purchase from SleepDirect. I'm new to the CPAP world and wanted some guidance on the prescription requirements. The company responded within a few minutes to my questions and made the whole subsequent purchase easy -- plus they were the cheapest! Shipping was easy and prompt too. No doubt they'll be high on my list when I next research a purchase.

When I called about the Airsense 10 autosense for her with questions, they answered all my questions about the product and insurance questions too. 1st - I placed my order 2nd - I had my prescription so all I had to do was scan it and email it with the order number on the email. So they would know exactly what this script was for. (just that EASY). This was on Friday, Sat. I added the side plate to my order. Since the order was already in the process of getting ready for shipping, they added it to the order (no shipping :-) ) and I received it a day later. Machine came on Tuesday. All return labels were also enclosed. I will definitely be back. Thank you Sleepdirect.
