Very reponsive

Liked the ease of using the website and the selection and price. The only negative I have is the three delays in shipping. My shipment must have gotten caught up in the winter apocalypse and shipped almost a week later than expected. Otherwise I wou give high marks

I ordered the SoClean 2 machine from Sleep Direct.com - quite frankly they offered the best price for this product. The on-line ordering was easy and went well product was delivered on time and after 2 weeks I really like it and believe that I am sleeping better. My only issue with Sleep Direct is that they apparently do not offer phone support of sales - I called twice - got voice mail and left a VM and to this date no one has called me back.

I ordered the last day available under FSA year. Order was easy, they confirmed the prescription. Delivery to APO address was timely. Products as advertised.
