Gregory at Sleep Direct responded to my issue so fast and found a solution, Thank you so much for your help.

The product arrived as expected an performed well

items pictured are not the items you may be selecting. BUT the customer service to make things right was OUTSTANDING!!!

I really love this cleaner. It arrived when they said it would and was packaged well. I was cleaning my C-PAP mask and hose with baby shampoo and you could smell the shampoo when you first use it. Now with this cleaner. I can smell the freshness of it each and every time. I know that it is a big investment for some of us but in the long run it is worth the money.

Very smooth transaction and very quick delivery.

Good price, product and fast shipping

I am very pleased with sleep direct. I placed my order on line and it was very user friendly. The product was shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition. I will use sleep direct again.
