Simple to use and cleans my mask well

Very happy with this purchase and the product was easy to set up and use. The online videos were very helpful in getting started.

Overall a great product but a little difficult getting started. Directions not clear on how to use the machine. One call to the hep desk cleared everything up and it's been great ever since. Unit is unstable on a nightstand. Slides around very easily. Had to put it on the floor in order to use it without crashing onto the floor at night.

Found the soclean2 here for $40 less with a free lid for the water chamber that another supplier wanted $29 more. After I ordered from sleep direct , it only took 2 days to receive at my door, and no shipping charge either! Job well done...

I contacted them because there were items that needed to be returned. The caller was unfriendly and short. Too bad they don't train employees to be courteous. I was contacted by them and they resolved the issue to my satisfaction.

It is noisy for about 10 minutes and then when the mask comes out it has a smell that is somewhat like a chlorinated swimming pool. However, it does not bother me and I sure like not having to wash and clean the units by hand everyday. Would recommend getting it if the above concerns are no problem for you.

One week of use so far so good easy to hook up simple to use.

it would be nice if you could put the black tubing in where it could remain permanently but that is not possible if you need to fill the water chamber
