Been using sleepaids website now for quite sometime. Only ever had one issue which jason a customer service representative sorted it out for me super efficient. I was actually surprised how good and effective their customer service team are its unusual and refreshing. I cannot recommend this website highly enough. I currently order melatonin from there. Tried several brands and places to purchase before using sleepaid and ive got to say sleepaid id deffo above the competition for quality of product and service.

There was an error when ordering the sleep aid tablets. I contacted the customer service team and they sorted it out immediately. I’m impressed with the service.

Great company to deal with. I have bought a subscription for melatonin and it works beautifully with no side effects. Even introduced them to a couple of family members. Delivery is well communicated and the orders always spot on. I made an error and contacted them straight away. Jason emailed me within 18 hours, the order was refunded. Very happy customer in the UK
