Items were not delivered. Impossible to reach by phone (the same message pops up and you would never reach representative). Email reply always the same (probably automatic).

"Customer Service" is basically…
"Customer Service" is basically non-existent. If you call, you end up in a loop claiming "you're first in line" only to end up more than 10 mins later having to leave a msg. This happened to me numerous times over several days. Replies to emails are unhelpful or don't answer basic questions asked...no resolution on an mis-shipment and/or exchange needed.

FAKE COMPANY. SUSPECIOUS!! BEWARE!!!!
This company is a suspicious. Yes they have social profile and an attractive website. But when placed orders. Items never reach to you.
