Worst Regional Carrier
Worst Regional Carrier! Should be called Skywest Airline! As a loyal Delta Medallion Member, I, like many other Medallion Members could only wish Delta could find a replacement Regional Carrier. Today, I am in 1C, to have the flight attendant Mike move my bag because he let a lady place an suitcase where I had mine is unacceptable. I have paid for my flight as well. Then when I asked the female flight attendant his name, got attitude. Then Mike came back you front and was complaining about backpacks being stored in the overhead compartments, first I should listen to him complain, second that is stated verbatim “ I am going to stop caring” is so unacceptable at so many levels. Lastly, why doesn’t Delta maintain the regional carrier uniform standards. All he has in a nametag with black pants and a short sleeved sweater. Poor experience
