The experience has been great from the start. Staring with the representative that contacted me and going through the process. Waiting to see the results and the ROI.

The books turned out great. We did have some scheduling hiccups some of which were our fault, by the same token a caution is sometime AI appeared to be used to re edit what we had already corrected so my advice is get on a zoom or teams near the end to solidify. Also, it is much better if you provide a list of trusted vendors and you tell the vendors what to expect, some vendors we had no prior relationship had unrealistic expectations in my opinion of what they could expect from us. Books and online product are very nice.

We were happy with how the guides turned out.

The magazine is of great quality, however, the timeframe of getting it completed took quite awhile. A few on the team drop the ball but Ian was helpful once he was told of the situation.

Beautiful book!

The book is very nice and high quality. Our only issue was the amount of time it took to complete. I had sort of written off the finished product as it had been months. I know we were dealing with Covid but it seemed a really long process. Otherwise it is a beautiful finished product.

Very nice people to work with. The product turned out impressive. Thanks Again.
