Absolutely worst system on the planet , do not get suck in by advertising and bar Rescue bullshit, and its slow. And anyone that thinks its ok is a lair and must have a slow business. Harbortouch is a far superior set up. And I'll do anything to shut skytab down, everything about them is dumb. I'd give less than 1 star if I could. 12 year harbor Touch loyalists. Getting ride of skytab after 24 hours. It's like running windows 98 when I was in elementary school. If they would alow pictures I'd post them. It might be ok for a dinner but way to many steps for doing 20 transactions in 15 minutes.

I was opening a new bar called The Blake and was recommended Ian Dawson for till systems. he organised everything thing and also the installation which was a added bonus. I totally recommend.

I was looking for a new card machine/provider to lower the charges taken by the provider in order to keep more money in my business. I contacted Karen Fabrizi as she has helped me previously, and second time round she’s found me another great deal. The process was all very simple. Karen had a few questions for me, the answers I provided on text. I had to sign some documents, then within the next day or two I had received my new card machine. Over a short phone call Karen helped me get up and running very quickly with my new terminal. Not only did she find me a better deal but now I receive funds the next business day, cutting this down from 3 business days with my previous card machine provider. All very seamless. I’d highly recommend Karen to anyone and will no doubt do business with her again in the future ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great instillation, from requesting the new tills from Ian Dawson to Troy fitting the tills. Easy to use and great communication on how to use the tills. Came already set up, once installed they were good to go. Great effort without any inconvenience. Thank you all from allotment social club

Professional service

Karen was very patient and answered all my many questions thoroughly and many times over. I had previously been with a card machine supplier that went bust so was looking for two replacement machines for my mobile crêperie business. I had spoken to many sales people who were pushing various deals and so was pretty muddled up by the time I came across Karen. I nearly signed up for a deal elsewhere but the small print was very different from what I had been told by their salesperson. I have previously been caught out by random charges levied by these companies so am very wary. The deal I got with Karen was way better than SumUp and she also managed to get me two free card machines which work on any network. They actually DO work and were tested thoroughly - I even had a signal in Chichester which is notoriously bad when I had zero phone coverage. The machines are very fast and do provide receipts via email or SMS if needed which is great. I have also chosen to decline accepting AMEX as this costs too much. Karen has been brilliant throughout and is always checking yo to see how I am getting on. She genuinely cares about her customers and I can see myself working with her for a long time to come. A real breath of fresh air in what is otherwise a very pushy industry! I am more than happy to recommend her to anyone wanting a decent deal with good quality card readers.
