The watch is beautiful but messed up around 6 months in. Sent the watch in for repair and it was kept and lost for over 2 months. After 2 months of email traffic I called and spoke to someone about the situation and they stated it would be sent the following day. When I received the package it was a brand new watch but the wrong band. I reached back out to get the correct band and they stated they would have to charge me $19.44 for the band, which I agreed to pay. After about 10 days of waiting I filed for a refund. Horrible company to do business with.

Bad Company bad customer service I received a watch did not like it very cheaply made sent it back they received it still hasn't got my refund it's been over a month very bad company stay away

Watch took forever to arrive. Arrived broken - bezel fell off completely. Refused to offer full refund and offered to repair. I bit, BIG MISTAKE. They did repair and the bezel hasn't fallen off yet. They offered a $30 refund which has not arrived. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I placed an order for 4 identical watches and was assured they would come in a few weeks. Months later, and very close to my deadline, they sent only 1 watch and it was the wrong watch. I then followed up and they, once again, messed up and only sent 3 of the watches I ordered. They then ghosted me in my follow up attempts to work out a solution, not answering my emails or calls. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS unless you are okay risking them messing your order up and not doing anything to correct it -- which seems like a big risk when ordering customized watches.

Great website and that's where the good ends. I purchased a watch from Skyrim on June 1st. I got a confirmation email. Then on June 8th I got an email stating that my order had been shipped. The tracking number they gave me is for a purchase that shows delivered on April 14th to a completely incorrect address. Not sure how a product I ordered in June arrived the previous April unless they are also making time machines. I reached out to their non-existent customer service email twice. No reply. I called the phone number (which took some digging around as the one they list on their website is disconnected (real number is 603-810-9528 if anyone is curious) and guess what? Straight to VM. At this point I doubt I'll even receive what I ordered! Should have read other people's reviews before buying. Now I'm probably out 300 bucks.

Purchased one of their watches. It arrived and looked very nice but it lost a few minutes of time each day and would not stay wound over night. Contacted Skyrim and they said to return it at my expense and they would check it out. After 4 months and 10 nonanswered emails, I am out my watch with no hope. When you call their customer service number, they tell you to email them or leave a voice mail which is full and won't accept any more messages. Avoid like the plaque.

Cannot get a response from any of their websites regarding an issue I am having with a watch I bought. The customer service site is not responsive at all. Sounds like a deal too good to be true, it is! BEWARE!

Really disappointed in the Seiko Mod Submariner watch that I ordered from you on 10-30-25. There are a number of problems with it: It stops every other day and has to be rewinded. It consistently loses time. The lume does not work. I am afraid to use it for swimming, although I was originally told it would be ok for swimming.
