Have contact them 2 times and nothing . Have pay 3400 qar ,11 days after still no tracking number and no reply for them. So as bad as it can get. Defo skip this one if you would like to get your parcel.

I ordered a product and it says on their website 6 to 9 days to deliver the product. instead, i waited 8 days and i still dont have any updates not even if the product will arrive or anything. their support says i will update you once and then never reply to you. maybe scam.
