The in-flight entertainment doesn’t work. The screens are there, but they’re blank white — you can’t even check where you are on the map. The crew contradict each other. One flight attendant sent a mother with a child to the toilet; another one, standing right next to it, chased them away. One more thing: on the flight to Vilnius, all announcements were made in Ukrainian. It’s unclear who they were meant for — there were no Ukrainians on board apart from the crew.

NOE WIEDER!! Wir hatten leider schlechte Erfahrung. Personal unfreundlich, sprechen ukrainisch, die haben auch teilweise Schimpfwörter gesagt zwischen sich… sitze unbequem, beim Kauf, keine feste Preise, wo man das anschauen kann, Müll wurde nicht weggeräumt, nach dem die essen und trinken zum kaufen angeboten haben.

Personal überfordert Sprache nur Ukrainisch und wenig Englisch Toilette vorn war nur der Crew vorbehalten Sitzqualität wie auf einer Holzbank und zu eng Nie wieder

I googled to speak to Lufthansa Customer Service and they have obviously put ads on Google to pretend you are speaking directly to the airline. If you ask what company they actually are they nearly burst a blood vessel! It's quite funny. It's CLEARLY a scam but they try to be professional initially. When I asked what company they actually were 'Why you ask so many questions' was the response. People should before handing over credit card information! BEWARE! They get rude at that point. Its quite funny but only because they don't like being rumbled! The UK Authorities should shut them down and their dodgy misleading Ads!

I paid $279 for a Canada eTA through this website, believing it was related to the official Canadian government application process. The official government fee is only 7 CAD, which I only learned afterwards. After realizing this, I contacted the company to request a refund. They initially offered only a 25% refund and then stopped responding to my emails entirely. It has now been over one month with no response. I am sharing my experience so other travelers do not mistakenly believe this website is the official government application service.
