You are cheater, nothing else. Collected $50 from me for the early confirmation of the cancelled flight. That did not happen. I was cheated. I was asking for the help to get my seat selection fee of $59 from the Qatar airlines. You never helped me. You are expert in finding fake excuses and robbing customers. Abhishek and team of Skyhawker are not trustworthy. For more information read my email dated June 06,2026 to Abhiskek.

We are sorry that you were dissatisfied with your experience. To clarify the facts: * Your itinerary was disrupted multiple times due to the regional conflict, resulting in repeated airline schedule changes. Our team assisted you on multiple occasions to secure revised travel arrangements. * A handling fee of CAD 50 per case was discussed for the additional work involved. However, as a goodwill gesture, that fee was later refunded to you. * The CAD 59 seat selection charge was paid directly to Qatar Airways through their payment channel, not to or through SkyHawker. Since the payment was made to the airline, only Qatar Airways could process the refund. We provided guidance on the refund process, but we cannot submit or approve refund requests on behalf of an airline for charges we did not collect. * We take customer concerns seriously and maintain records of our communications and transactions. We regret that our efforts did not meet your expectations. If there is any specific factual inaccuracy in our records, please contact us directly with the relevant booking details, and we will review it objectively.
