Birthday celebrations- ruined
Where do we start? Front of house-shocking attitude, no manners Waiter-centrally hovering .told them we had a seed an allegory in the group- offered seeded break. Bar staff- ordered drinks to “ we willl bring them over “ waited 10 minutes , went and got the drinks ourselves. Watching staff argue with each other Watched waitress cleaning tables/chairs with the same cloth and wiping round the table decor. Bill- laughable , asked about £32 for soft drinks turns out it was 2 alcoholic drinks Only up side was the food/views Save your money rather than visit this “greasy spoon” in the sky Pop over the Shard see how it’s done……
