I placed my order November 29th thinking it would get her in time for Christmas. I STILL haven't got it. I have contacted the company and I feel I am getting a run around. At this point I just want my money back. The 1 star rating is too good.

Trying to contact their Customer Service Team is a NIGHTMARE they dont accept reasons of poor quality as my choice for return. Their systems of redefined forms and drop downs delete any attept you have to contact them as it says "Duplicate Claim" and deletes you off! It took ages to arrive. Poor quality material so see through. Neck for t-shirt is chokingly tight! Having difficulties to return as yes it’s USA and I pay but as there is no tel no available having difficulties with companies accepting parcel to return, as it’s part of Evri’s requirement.

I ordered a premium t-shirt and expected a quality shirt for $30. What I got was the cheap one they advertise for $15.99. Ive gone back and forth with customer service for a month now and they finally said no return or refunds but would refund me 20%! Well their refund policy says otherwide. I even provided a picture of the puckered area near the neck ribbing and also the tag of 100% cotton. The premium shirt is suppose to cotton blends.

I ordered tops at the begining of December, sill waiting for them 😭

My order of a t-shirt was delivered promptly. I wore the shirt once, so far so good. Then I washed the shirt. Uh oh. The bottom line of printing dissolved and is no longer readable, which means my $23.00 shirt is not usable. I emailed the company. No response. Please take my experience into consideration before ordering from this company. Be warned.

They are horrible. There is a delay in the submit button for purchase and delay in processing (minutes). Which causes you to believe your order didn’t go through and can cause you to repeat order. And they don’t take returns and don’t give refunds. Horrible customer service, horrible company.

My order is now close to two months late. Sky Bubble apologized and sent me a $20+ refund, but I'm still in the hole for around $65.00. To date my order status has not changed at all for some six weeks now, it still shows as "being printed". I thought I'd give them one more week before rattling their chain once again. Next step is to get a full refund from PayPal and let them blacklist these jokers. Not amused!!!

I ordered 3 shirts using the sizing chart provided. The sizes weren't even close ! Now I have 3 shirts that are too small that I can't wear. Its almost impossible to reach anyone. After hours of trying I was finally able to get an email to the right department. NEVER HEARD BACK FROM ANYONE !
