The WORST - AVOID!
This is the worst bait and switch outfit. I tried to get a straight answer about the terms of the tickets with AA, who I have 200K miles with. After talking to me for 50 minutes, putting me on hold three times to "talk to the airline" the agent kept changing the story about what seats will actually cost, how much for suitcases and other nickel and dime tactics. After I was exasperated and asked to not run the card because I don't want the tickets, they ran it anyway! Then they claimed it is nonrefundable even if AA tickets have a 24 hour window of refundability. I am out $2300 and they don't deny it. Avoid this company at all costs.
