Very responsive. Sometime things can take a day or 2 at most, others concerns are addressed within an hour or so. Very happy with their responsiveness.

They constantly update their courses with things they thoroughly test and implement in their businesses, it's like they're on a mission to provide value constantly. The way they present the information is precise, they don't beat around the bushes. And their customer support team is extremely responsive and highly dedicated to solving any issues you may encounter, it's like they make your problems their own. I love that they are willing to basically hold your hand in the process of teaching you how it all works. They are great with trying to keep you thought process positive. It's easy to get lazy.
