Excellent and fast support

I paid for a theme, and based on the program I was in, I was told by my career coach, that the theme was included in the program. She advised that I contact Shopify to advise, and to also reach out to support to request a reimbursement. Shopify told me I needed to reach out to the theme developer, and if they approved the reimbursement, they would initiate. That is where Ben Kilby comes in. Ben displayed exceptional friendliness and support. Faced with unresponsive Shopify support, he proactively pursued a reimbursement, exceeding my expectations by promptly refunding the theme cost. I've been using SKUP for multiple years - it's been a great theme. I had an issue getting ahold of them at first, but once we got in touch they were extremely efficient and helpful. As our store has expanded, they've troubleshooted and added some custom things for fair prices.
