They were quick to respond to my emails and they kept me up to date on my package and even offered to refund the express shipping fee I had paid and added a complimentary free gift to my order to make up for the delays I experienced with my package. As for the item I ordered, a sterling silver skull ring called "The Vow of Silence," I was very impressed by the quality craftsmanship of the ring and I can say with certainty that it was defiantly worth the wait. Just ordered 2 rings size 9.5 and 8.5 very accurate on size did express shipping with insurance april 8th was here april 10th by noon wow. It shipped from china too the quality is impressive. Was scared seeing some of the reviews. It tagged my bank account had to use paypal I recommend it if you buy out country. Good quality items 10/10 quality amazing on these rings.

Stay away from their buckles. They are very poorly made and the metal buckle will break eventually. Skullis replaced my first belt with one that came obviously repaired poorly. Great idea but very poor quality control.
