Update 2019-10-18 after reply SKT Themes: Finally a reply..., after almost a year! Sad enough with only more lies. Useless. Original review: I'm a webdeveloper for almost 10 years now and all this time i never wrote a bad review (although sometimes i could have), but for this company i’m glad to make an exception. I purchades one of their themes a few years ago and i wanted to update it. If you search real good on their website it says you can update for a reduced price. But….., you can’t do that yourself, you need to contact them and ask them to please renew your licence. Then they send you an e-mail with a paymentlink. Why so intransparant…, to let people re-purchase the full theme for every update? So i paid them for a one-year-renewal, i thought. When i looked closer at my payment i saw it was an automatic yearly transaction. Dirty! So i send them another e-mail to correct this. After that i wanted to download the update and i saw it was going to expire after 4 days (!), but i had paid for a whole year of updates and support. Another e-mail again to correct this. And one more to ask for the downloadlink of my update. So far so good, but when i unpacked the theme-zipfile i saw that the last update was from March 2016, almost 3 years ago! So i bought an update that wasn’t really an update. Sad! I tried hard to find this info before purchasing the update, but without any luck. On purpose? Again i send them an e-mail. This time to ask for a refund. But instead of a refund i was told not to ask so much, because i already got ‘all this support’ with the earlier trouble. Yeah, right! O, and i should be thankfull for the invoice they send to. But without that i wouldn’t even have had a downloadlink. Great! So now my money is gone, i spent extra time on all the e-mail and in the end i’m stuck with a useless update. And last but not least…, the theme isn’t even that good. Very limited and outdated. I would highly recommend avoiding this company.

WP Theme would not install. When I worked with support for help to understand what the problem was in upgrading from a free version to pro version, he literally insulted me. After paying $$ for products and service, I don't expect to be insulted. Ever. I asked for a refund and learned they do not give refunds. Eventually figured out the issue with help from my web host support team who were wonderful and professional.

Couldn't get a purchased theme to work and requested assistance. Each email was more aggressive and I was called "lame" several times in the email responses. Clearly, this is not a professional setup (most likely someone in their bedroom trying to make a few dollars or worse) I would highly recommend avoiding this company.
