Would not recommend. After downloading there theme, I ran into multiple issues and the template was not user friendly. Between their own block software and elementor, it was complicated and hard to use, resulting in many elements not updating properly. Their support took hours half a day to respond, the next day did not respond again until the next night. After 2 days of getting nowhere and realizing this would be a long process, I went with a different theme. With the new theme (Creativeo by Rocky) I was able to finish an entire home page in just a couple hours. I had then requested a refund through SKT as it had only been 2 days and had not been used, however, SKT themes does not offer refunds, so be aware! UPDATE: After comment below, where developer shows extreme unprofessionalism and tries to discredit me and says this is a made up story by competitor, I would like to also make users aware of my other review on sitejabber - where I was able to post screenshots of my exchange as well as was required to submit proof of purchase. I would post the screenshots here as well if I was able to.

If I could give this company Zero star I would. I purchase the themes and quickly realized that it was not as user friendly as i thought it would be and within 20 minutes I email to cancel. I receive an email asking me why i wanted to cancel and i explain and then their customer service stated that they did not compel me to purchase the theme. what kind of company or customer service is that. Please do not use. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I purchased their themes in 2020 at Rs 6000 but have not used them on a single website. They are useless since updates are not provided. You can charge for support after the support period has expired, but the theme should not become outdated.

I purchased a theme that I hadnt used yet. It says I have 4 downloads left. I was never told it would expire after a year. I contacted customer service to see if they could help me access it. Very unprofessional. He told me I just needed to repurchase the item. It was $40! I took a screenshot of the chat. He accused me of "blackmail" after I told him I was leaving a bad review. I was NEVER offered a discount or any resolution whatsoever other than making the purchase again. The agent was hateful and needs to be fired. I’d love to post the screenshot if given the option. After this experience, I wouldn’t even repurchase for $5. Gross.

Purchaser beware. They do not give refunds even if the theme does not display as per their demos. I purchased Reiki Pro because their demos looked great but despite many efforts on the part of customer service, my website looked nothing like the demos. I was very disappointed. I used the theme for less than a week before giving up, it was taking up so much time to try and fix. I asked for a refund to be told that they do not give refunds. Not acceptable as you have to try out the theme before you find out that it doesn't display as per their demo. I feel cheated and will never use SKT Themes again.

If you order from this company, you need to read the fine print. Some of their themes do not work. They are scam artists making money by making low budget themes without offering refunds. They are not even based in the United States.

NO INTEGRITY. An update was available for our pro theme, Business Consultant, during our paid year of support. The update was not pushed out to Wordpress, and we did not know about it until after our year expired. We are having problems with the theme and decided to make sure we had the latest update. When we realized an update was released a month before our subscription expired, we asked multiple times to receive the update. They will only do so if we resubscribe for another year. Why would we do that if we didn't get what we paid for the first time? UNFAIR. NO INTEGRITY. WISH SKT THE WORST. Their reply to this review claims that updates are sent monthly and that I requested help with a broken site after my subscription expired. Both claims are false. I was troubleshooting on my own when I discovered there had been an update during my subscription period. And I only asked for the update that had been available that I missed during that time period... not for help with a broken site. Will share screen shots of my emails if I can in this update. 9/28/2021 UPDATE SKT Support sent an email questioning my integrity because I had not removed this review after they finally provided the theme update that had been available during my subscription period. My response said, "Thanks for the reminder. Integrity on my part makes it important that others see exactly how you handled your customer. So, I will update my reviews to reflect that you finally provided the update that was available before my subscription expired. But, your statement that I asked you to fix a broken site was a lie, and you didn't decide to do the right thing until I wrote the reviews. That's unfortunate and people need to know how you treat your customers. I'll update my reviews today. I hope you do better for others in the future." ANOTHER 9/28/2021 UPDATE: SKT Support reply to my email "F*** you b****" I'm not even mad. Just want people to realize what they may get from SKT. After reply posted: Well it is true that this is posted on trustpilot using my personal email address, so no account with them under that name or email address. However, quintessentialsolutions.org is certainly an SKT client. I’m the founder and chief executive. But they know who I am. Also posted reviews in wordpress.org and sitejabber.com; they responded. They control posts on their site, so writing a review there is a waste of time. Proceed at your own risk.
