My claims manager, Jason Blond, was attentive and supportive from start to finish. He made the entire process as simple and stress-free as possible, which was especially appreciated given that dealing with a claim is typically not a great situation. Jason was professional, responsive, and always willing to answer my questions and keep me informed along the way. His communication and genuine willingness to help made a difficult process much easier to navigate. I really appreciated his patience, attention to detail, and commitment to making sure everything was handled properly. I would highly recommend Jason to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation.

I had an issue on Sunday that required my boat being towed back to the dock. I filed a claim online with Skisafe on Monday morning at about 8:45 . It was one page, and I uploaded the towing bill . Within less than an hour, I received an email indicating that my claim had been reviewed and my check would be mailed same day. Wow. I did not expect this from an insurance company. No pushback, no weeks of “ reviews “ .I’m impressed !

Ski-Safe is without question the absolute best insurance company for your boat or jet ski. The entire claim process was made simple and easy. My claims adjuster Alexander Huenke was phenomenal. When I called in to file my claim, I was told that I would receive an email soon from the adjuster. Less than 10 minutes later, Alexander Huenke emailed me with the simple and easy step by step instructions to file the claim. After I filled out the documentation of the event and sent in the pictures of my engine cowling damage, Alex gave me the approval almost immediately to get an estimate. After getting the estimate, Alex gave me the green light to proceed with the repairs. The entire process took 3 back and forth emails. Outstanding job by Ski-Safe and Alex Huenke.

I thought I was getting a steal of a policy. Coming from a different insurance company, Ski Safe was 1/3 less. While towing the boat, I was rear ended causing a bit of damage to the boat. Not at fault accident. Ski Safe informed I could either cancel the policy and get arefund or they would drop me in 45 days and I receive no refund. Absolutely the worst company. Dropping for a no fault accident, where they don't have to pay anything......

Engine failure caused my boat to be towed. I went online to try and figure out the claim procedure. Very soon afterwards I was contacted via email by Ski Safe. Talked to someone on the phone and immediately after received an email from Jason, the insurance adjuster handling my claim. He told me what I needed to do and send to get the claim going. As of now a check is already being issued. All done in a day! I must say as this is my first time filing a claim for my boat and it was a very good experience. I would highly recommend Ski Safe!
