SkipMatrixReviews of skipmatrix.com

Best Skiptracing software I’ve found for real estate investors. Especially when dealing with hard to reach individuals like Probate/Inherited records where the relative information is crucial. Also great customer service when I recently had an issue.

This company is my go-to for skiptracing, you get accurate data plus bonus data for 5 relatives and associates per person. Whenever I have questions or a special situation with my data, I get prompt attention; the staff is super helpful and friendly!!

Fast and accurate ST, Cheyenne has been amazing to work with. Highly recommend.

Ally is wonderful! We’ve been using skip matrix in our real estate business for about 6 months now. I have used several other (mainstream) services over the last 6 years for data but skip matrix has been by far the most accurate data I’ve come across. I found them on YouTube watching a pros and cons video from other users and haven’t switched since! They split the data between mobile and landline numbers so if you have a CRM and need to tag each lead by whether or not you can text them, this makes it really easy! Ally is helpful, accessible if I have questions, and double checks my files to make sure she’s skipping the right leads the right way before sending it through! The upload process is super easy with csv files and so is the download when the files are completed. Happy, repeat customer! Thanks for making skiptracing reliable and accurate ally!! You’re the best!

We've been using this company for our skip tracing needs for quite some time now, and the experience has been outstanding. Their team is incredibly responsive, detail-oriented, and consistently delivers high-quality results. One of the biggest reasons we've continued to work with them is their communication. Ally, in particular, has been fantastic to work with. She is always quick to respond to questions or concerns, whether by email or text, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. They've made the skip tracing process easy to understand and navigate, and the results they provide have been invaluable to our business. If you're looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and customer-focused skip tracing company, I highly recommend them.

I agree with the other 5-star reviews, great service, fast turn-around time, and a responsive customer support. I had MANY questions. They were all answered within 1 business day! There is only one limitation of SkipMatrix - they work with only individuals' data (must have first and last name), no companies, organizations, foundations, etc, only individuals.

Skip Matrix is the best out there. They are very responsive and the information is on point.

5 stars. 10 stars if it was possible. Best skiptrace service on the market. Gives way more data and is way more accurate than any other I’ve tried. My favorite part of that they don’t instantly give you your list back skipped, they take their time and actually work the data themselves to be more accurate. You get hundreds of columns and rows of data to use. They give you multiple phone numbers, date last used, mailing addresses and dates those mailing addresses were last used. If you know how to work your data, using SkipMatrix will put you 20 steps ahead of competition immediately.
