They Damaged My Face
One of their estheticians in the Burlingame CA location damaged my face. Allison caused a deep dent in my face and I sent an email to Skin Spirit telling them of the problem which will cost me thousands of dollars to fix, and they didn't even bother to respond. They got my money so I guess that's all they care about. I asked for copies of the before pictures and they have refused. This is against the law and I have filed a complaint with the CA Medical Board.
