Frustrated
I originally signed up for the tablets in September. I completed the application online and thought that I would be able to do a monthly option but ended up paying for the entire year up front in order to get the discount. Shortly after I received the medication and started it immediately. After two weeks of having no results I called customer care and was told that I needed to give it more time. I reached out again a few weeks later and was told that I still needed to give it more time. Keep in mind I was exercising every day and watching what I eat. I was not expecting this to be a magic medication. When I called again I questioned switching to the injections to see if that gave me better results. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very nice and assured me that someone from their clinical department would return my call that day. I kept my phone with me all day but no one called! I ended up having to call again the next day but this time they put me on hold for a while and I did get to speak to someone. My next order of pills was scheduled to ship in the beginning of December so I was trying to get them to switch me to the injections before that order shipped. On December 9, I was told that it was approved to switch me to the injections and my order would ship yet three weeks later I had no shipping information. So much for overnight shipping. I hadn’t taken my third month of pills because it wasn’t doing anything and they agreed to switch my medication. I reached out again and was told that they were looking into it. Two weeks later I still had no response. At this point I sent multiple messages in the chat from my portal on their app and was completely getting ignored. After over a month of getting nowhere I disputed the charges with my credit card company and magically later that same day I received a text that my order was shipping. I’m honestly not sure how I feel about this company at this point.

Thank you for your feedback. Since no identifying information was provided in this review, we can't look up your specific account details, so this is a general response. Please contact us directly if you'd like us to review your case specifically. We understand your frustration with the medication switch timeline. Switching medications requires clinical review and approval to ensure safety and appropriateness, which takes time. We apologize if there were communication delays during this process—we're always working to improve our response times. Regarding weight loss results, we're sorry the tablets didn't work as hoped in the first two months. Results vary by individual and typically take 8-12 weeks to become apparent. Our clinical team is here to support you through the adjustment period. Filing a chargeback dispute while we were actively processing your medication switch created complications, as disputes trigger account holds that affect order processing. If you'd like to discuss your concerns further or need assistance with your new medication, please reach out to us directly so we can help.
