It seems that SkinnyRX likes to hide their comments, so hopefully this reciew will reach other customers considering the Semaglutide injections. I'm 5 months in. No reduction in appetite. And absolutely no weight loss. This is a scam. I have no idea what is in the vial I'm injecting, but it is not working. I'm upset and feel ripped off for having trusted a semi-reputable company for my weight loss journey. I have reached out to customer service only to be told that after 5 months, I just might not have reached the optimal dosage yet. Seriously? After 5 months? What a waste of a large amount of money. The customer support is absolutely a waste of time as I have put in several requests and seen only vague responses and callbacks during times that I specidically said I could not be reached (during work hours). Do not trust this company or their "support" or their actual product. It does not work and the support is terrible.

DO not order from skinny RX they would ripe you off!! I order 1/23/26 didn’t get it till the 2/2/26 and the vial wasn’t half full. Have injected 2 time and I gain 2 lbs. I do paleo and fasting and exercise 30 min a day and my job is physical. I call to cancel I couldn’t speak to anyone besides a supervisor who put me on hold 2 times. Called got disconnected and never received a call back, only an email with conceal subscription and 598.00 dlrs as a refund of the 1396.00 I paid for 4 months.

Don’t trust them ! They shipped my package on Jan 20, I didn’t receive it until February 2nd, at which time it was tampered with. The medicine was missing, they didn’t send me any replacement or refund. Instead they submitted a claim through fed ex. I found out from fed Ex that they reimbursed their money back to skinny RX on February 10 yet skinny RX never refunded me and it’s February 17. I submitted a claim through my credit card which skinny RX fought and sent proof the package was delivered but didn’t indicate it was tempered or I was missing items. When I called skinny RX they told me they can’t issue me a refund because I submitted a claim through my bank. It’s a madhouse with this company. They won’t send you the product and then lie about it to keep your money. Beware

What a sham. 3 month bundle fit trizepitide tablets is stupid, way too expensive for compound, the pills did absolutely nothing, plus you don't get to pick your compounding pharmacy, your Rx could be sent to a pharmacy that's not top rated . Don't do it.

I got a text stating that my next refill was approved. I called right away as I signed up for what I thought was 30 day prescription with no AUTO refill. I was advised the same day that the prescription was sent to be filled I could not cancel. I advised Brenda that I wanted to cancel and I did not want it. She kept saying we can’t cancel it right now, but she assured me it would be cancelled after this shipment. We will see. $349 for something that doesn’t work is a joke and to think I only signed up for 30 days and not a subscription is a joke!!!!!!

Worst customer service. Never received the full product, not sure this is a real company. Beware!!!! Try another company

I have been on Semaglitide injections for 3 months now, and would’ve soon been receiving my last vial of a 4-month bundle. I am having quite serious side effects and have tried repeatedly to consult with a provider with no response. I am having quite debilitating depression, lack of interest in anything, including sex. I’ve lost joy and pleasure in activities that previously interested me. I have irritability and anxiety. My symptoms are affecting my life, and my marriage. I also have severe skin pain, so much that it is painful just when my clothing touches my skin. The shots have done nothing to my appetite. In fact, I have gained 7 lbs on the treatment. I spoke to customer service today since there has been absolutely no way to get a response from a medical provider. She merely gave the canned response, “Discontinue the meds, see your doctors, blah, blah, blah.” Being a registered nurse myself, I wanted to speak to a real medical professional, but that is not going to happen. And, of course, no refund for the last vial of the 4 month bundle, which I told them not to bother to send it because I am stopping the meds. This company offers no real support at all other than AI-generated, canned responses that are of no help whatsoever. Do yourself a favor and deal with you own medical doctor and avoid Skinny Rx like the plague!
