Start Mad But Leave Glad!
I don’t want the title to confuse people, but if I am ever upset with what’s going on with the company or an order is on hold for some reason, which was what was going on this time was that I didn’t get my order because I didn’t put my monthly evaluation in and when I finally did, I didn’t get a response as quickly as possible. So of course I was a little upset, but the second I hear Jonathan‘s voice I am just completely disarmed and de-escalated my anger into being calm and happy and that that’s a great company that can do that and a great great great staff that has the ability to take people that are dealing with with a very sensitive thing in their lives. Losing weight is a big deal and they are so accommodating and so sweet and he was such a nice guy. Very professional and knowledgeable about my account. I think he is an A+ plus plus employee thank you so much Jonathan for helping me today.
