Paul’s communication skills are an asset to your company. He handled my conflict with kindness and handled everything in a very professional manner. I’m 64 years old and used to train the trainer on soft skills. Paul is very intelligent and proactive. Jimmabelle was the customer service…
Jimmabelle was the customer service rep. that took care of my needs and was very efficient at her job. I'm travelling out of state for a month and needed to change my address for that shipment. No problem, all done! She was great. I don't have any problems with this company and so far, I'm happy. I've lost 22 lbs. and am not done yet. Let's hope the next part of my journey is as successful.
