I would strongly discourage anyone from using Skinny RX for any service. My experience with getting help has been bad, siting on hold, being disconnected getting call backs for appointments not at the scheduled time, also being charged for a prescription refill that never was refilled and being refused a refund so I was charged and never was sent my proscription.

I had a very disappointing experience with SkinnyRX and would strongly caution others before purchasing. I initially believed I was paying $299, but was actually charged $399, which was not clearly communicated during the purchasing process. That alone was frustrating, but the experience only got worse from there. The product itself was not as advertised. I chose the sublingual option for convenience, but it turned out to be extremely impractical. It requires approximately 45 minutes to dissolve and then an additional 60 minutes where you cannot drink anything—making it nearly impossible to incorporate into a normal daily routine. This was not clearly disclosed, and had I known, I would not have purchased it. When I reached out to customer service, the experience was equally disappointing. I waited hours for a response through the app and then spent over 30 minutes on the phone, much of it on hold. I was given a scripted response and only offered a 10% refund, which is completely unreasonable given the circumstances. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told none were available, and that I would receive the same answer anyway. What stood out most was the lack of effort to retain a customer. I was only a few days into the program and even expressed interest in switching to a different format, but no meaningful solution was offered. Overall, this experience reflects poor communication, misleading expectations, and very weak customer support. I would not recommend this company.

I spent over a thousand dollars on NOTHING. This was a complete scam. I couldn't be more unhappy with this company and their fake prescriptions and false promises. Customer service never addressed my refund request and instead confirmed my subscription cancellation. UPDATE: I called the number given below, and was issued a $119.60 refund from $1196.00. That was their "refund." This company is a SCAM. What I received was no better than sugar pills. DO NOT trust them.

Very disappointed with this company. I purchased my medication on March 5th and already had a valid prescription from my doctor. They required it to avoid starting on the initial dose, so I sent proof that I was already taking a different dosage. After one week, they asked again for more proof — a photo with my name, date, and the last application on the box or bottle. I provided everything they requested, yet my order is still “under review.” It has now been 13 days, and I still have not received my medication. The process is slow, repetitive, and frustrating. I do not recommend this company. There are much faster and more efficient options available.

To be fair, being charged for a four month supply of Zepbound and it was taken quickly from my credit card is dishonest. The downside is that I waited three weeks to finally receive clarification that they could not send me the Zepbound I needed. I sent multiple photos of my prescription from Ro. I now had to switch back to the Ro company. Three weeks I waited to be reimbursed from SkinnyRx. A company should not charge you if it has not approved your weight loss medication. Beware of your bank account amount please.

Sent an email saying they wouldn't renew without a consultation. When I tried to cancel, they renewed and charged me immediately. Despicable business process.

Do not use this company. They will not tell you that the pill they sell likely doesn’t work, and that I had no idea when I purchased that the FDA had issued warning letters that companies aren’t supposed to be compounding Tirzepatide, and when you try and cancel literally 10 minutes after purchase, they will tell you too bad we don’t refund, and they will keep $1000 of your money, even if you try to cancel before you’re even approved.
