Excellent customer reps who really care
I had a life altering injury and my paychecks had stopped indefinitely and Skinny Rx manager went above and beyond as well as the customer service girl Aisha to work a plan that would allow me to continue the program and I am so grateful! Ive been on semiglutide for two weeks (took 3rd dose this am) and have lost 7 lbs already. I cant wait to see what I look and feel like in 6 months!

Great Customer Service
Aisha on customer service was very helpful when I needed to update my shipping address. I have called customer service 2 other occasions in the past and everyone I talk to was always kind, respectful, and answered all my questions.

Great customer service! Still loosing weight!
Hi. I recently started my presentation. I called to cancel my subscription because unfortunately my husband lost his job. Hazel was able to help me out on keeping the subscription. She was great! The customer service has always been great every time I needed to call. I had had no side effects and continuing to loose the weight. Very excited!

Hazel is top notch…
Hazel was very attentive and solved my issues completely and quickly. She was very nice and efficient. She also texted me back upon confirmation of everything. A lot of times cr will tell you they will get back to you and don't. I was very impressed with her!

Michael gives great customer service!
Michael took the time and explained and answered any questions that I had, that I feel that with this product I have a great chance of exceeding my goals. So I very excited to start this journey only to receive an email that said I didn't qualify. It's upsetting because the don't tell you why.
