I am a new-ish customer
I am a new-ish customer. When I called customer service with questions, I spoke to a person (Melburne - you are awesome!) within moments! He was extremely helpful and answered my questions thoroughly and quickly. It was nice to speak to a person, and the person was genuinely helpful.

AIMEE B - Excellent
AIMEE B. Was my point of contact in my journey so far. She is understanding and offers excellent customer service. She listened to my needs and delivered accordingly. This journey of weight loss is scary but she offered positivity and helped me stay calm through it. Give this woman a raise !

Great Customer Service
Great Customer Service Had a mix up with my payment status and without Aimee helping me I would have never got my medication. She stayed with me until we fixed it!! THANKS AIMEE :)

Fabulous Customer Service
I am a new patient of SkinnyRx and have been very satisfied with my experience so far. Maria, one of the reps, was very helpful for selecting my treatment options. She guided me through the process of starting Skinnyrx and made the whole process feel very human. When a question came up with my order, I spoke with Andi from customer service. Both Andi and Maria have excellent customer service skills and talked me through some of my reservations for starting semaglutide therapy. I have been on injectable semaglutide for two weeks now and it has already made an overwhelmingly positive impact on my weight-loss journey!
