Amazing customer service, shoutout to Cyr
I just got off the phone with Cyr at SkinnyRX and he was so amazing and helpful. I was feeling skeptical about the progress I was making since I have yet to lose weight, but he assured me that "good things take time" and that I would start to see results between weeks 5-20. This gave me peace of mind and reminded me how important patience is with my weight loss journey. 10 out of 10 in terms of fantastic customer service! :)

Miss Sierra was absolutely amazing
Miss Sierra was absolutely amazing. She answered all of my questions you can tell. She loves her job. She was very friendly. You could hear the happiness in her voice every time I call from now on I will ask for her.
