I signed up in January to start my weight loss Journey. I have struggled with my weight and it fluctuates all the time. I have had some luck with pills in the past, supplements, otc options from GNC was hopeful the tirzepatide from SkinnyRX would work. First the pills looked nothing like advertised. I’ve seen now that that they have recently updated photos. It’s a white circular pill could be a sugar pill for all I know. You take the pill, insert it under your tongue or in between your cheek (not sure which one is accurate when you see what’s on the website vs the directions that come with your prescription) You’re re not supposed to eat or drink for the next hour, you won’t want to because this pill takes about 45 mins to an hour to dissolve, which was also misleading. I took this pill and progressively upped my dosage as instructed. I felt no changes whatsoever. My appetite was higher, I was not feeling full they said that was common. Kept at it despite the lack of results. Got up to my highest dosage allowed and still no results, not even aside effect. After talking with customer service they wanted me to switch to injections and wanted me to pay even more money and offered me a 10% off discount…..I declined. 4 months in, I have gained 15 pounds and lost almost $2,000 dollars. This company is the worst.

If you want to be charged and denied cancelation after one year- good luck. They do not communicate a renewal, they automatically charge you and will not cancel. I would definitely say don’t do it!

Since I have to provide a star - my choice is truly zero. I asked to cancel this service and they choose to ignore my requests! They will absolutely scam you and fraudulently charge you. I have the screenshots to prove it. Then after they agreed to cancel a week after my initial request and ignoring every thing I had said and requested they proceeded to tell me they proved a service which they NEVER provided. And then charged my bank card again. Their response to charging my card a second time? Couldn't be them because when you cancel they remove your card information. Again came with proof to show them the charge and then they said it was a charge from cancelling?!?!! So they lied just like they tried to gaslight me about when I cancelled. I have over a weeks worth of screenshots where you can see how they are an absolute scam and will fraud you.

Absolutely do not use them! I reached out because my prescription wasn’t right and it arrived a day late and hot. They responded with saying there was nothing they could do as it wasn’t delayed. They didn’t even bother to actually look at the tracking and see that there were two trackings listed under the same number showing it was in fact a day late and was definitely above the safe temp! I have my BSN and know when a temp of a medication is not safe. For them to not even look fully into and tell me to still use it is insanely messed up! This is what they responded with Hi Mallery, we've received a response from the pharmacy regarding your concern about the warm vial. According to the pharmacy, since the package was not delayed, the vial was not exposed to warm temperatures for an extended period. They have advised that the vial is still safe to use. Please place it in the refrigerator as soon as possible. For your reference, the vials we supply can withstand temperatures of up to 86°F for approximately 21-56 consecutive days before the product becomes no longer viable. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out. Thank you. Yet the package was delayed, the dosage was WRONG and the vial was way too warm to use! Definitely plan to report this further as it’s beyond unsafe practice!

Customer service doesn’t answer the phone during their normal business hours. It takes days to get a response through the app. There’s no way to talk to your doctor to discuss anything. The medicine advertised is not what comes in the mail.

I had a very frustrating experience with SkinnyRx. I initially chose the oral medication option, but unfortunately I couldn’t tolerate it. Despite this, I was still charged for the medication. In total, I only used the medication for about 2 months, yet I was billed for a full 6-month supply. To make matters worse, they later attempted to charge my card again for another 6 months without my authorization. When I contacted customer service to resolve the issue, I was told there was nothing they could do. No flexibility, no accountability, and no effort to make things right. Overall, this was a disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company based on their billing practices and lack of customer support.

The tail wags the dog. Endless emails and in app chats and noth9eber gets corrected. They are great at accepting payment. After that there is a disconnect from customer service the MD and the entity. Customer service is a ZERO, how can one trust a medication from this outfit if they refuse to communicate with a patient

First I did not realize that ordering one bottle put me into an automatic prescription. Two weeks into taking the first bottle of Tirzepatide I found my feet, ankles and hands extremely swollen and gained 8 lbs. My doctor immediately sent me for blood work and cautioned me to be aware of heart palpatations or shortness of breath and go immediately to the ER. Thankfully that hasn't happened. I stopped the medication which I now have 1 1/2 bottles left for $800 out of pocket. I have been off of it for two days and all of the swelling has gone back to normal. It was a complete waste of money and endangered my health.
